The Absolute Hit: Flourless Bread – You Must Try It (Recipe)

However, besides the fact that it is delicious and satisfying, it is actually linked with the risk of various diseases. All experts agree on one thing, and that is that bread should be avoided.

As we already said, all these things do not mean that you should not eat bread at all. Instead, you may consume bread which is made without the harmful ingredient – the flour. Yes, it is true, we are talking about flourless bread. It is made from natural ingredients, like fresh grains and legumes, which will provide the necessary fiber, protein and B vitamins. And what is so great about that bread is that it is affordable and you can prepare it at the comfort of your own home.

Flourless bread recipe

Needed ingredients:

– 4 eggs;
– 90 grams of walnuts;
– 100 ml of water;
– 90 grams of flaxseed;
– 90 grams of sunflower seeds;
– a pinch of salt;
– 90 grams of sesame seeds;
– 90 grams of pumpkin seeds;
– ½ teaspoon of baking soda.


First of all, you should start by whisking the egg whites with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Then, you should add the baking soda and the water. Next, you should ground the seeds into fine flour and mix them with the other ingredients. Bake the bread for about 50 minutes at 180 C (350F).
